More Photos from Epstein's Property Released by Democratic Party US Congress Members

Property plans for the financier's private Caribbean island included in the released materials.

Additionally contained in this latest photograph drop seems to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, located in the American territory.

Jeffrey Epstein acquired a more modest island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

These photos suggest he had formulated development schemes to transform the sprawling island by erecting living quarters, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a reservoir.

You can see the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.

The architectural drawing is annotated in red pen markings and includes a legend identifying different areas of the land.

In addition to this are what seem to be several other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, featuring plans for marina coverings.

More materials disclosed as part of the continuing congressional release.
